Distinctive features: Besides the sideburns hair description and ever-present red-tinted (expensive) sunglasses, he always wears designer suits (very prim and proper), and usually has a pretty stoic expression when on duty.
Favorites/hobbies/traits: He loves cats despite being allergic to them, and he has a thing for baking desserts when off duty. He has a somewhat brother complex; he loves and cares for his little brother, Tatsuya, a little too much. And gets shunned for it. He is very justice orientated--equilibrium in all things or this boy is severely off-kilter.
